Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your files - typically within 0–2 minutes of payment confirmation. There are no physical items to be shipped, which means zero shipping costs and zero waiting time. Your download is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any device.

We deliver your digital content in two ways simultaneously:

• Order Confirmation Page: Immediately after payment is confirmed, a secure download link appears on your screen. You can download your PDF pattern and access video tutorial links instantly, without waiting for an email.
• Email Delivery: A permanent copy of your download links and video access is sent to the email address provided at checkout within 5 minutes. This email is your permanent record - you can use it to re-download or re-access your content at any time in the future.

Once you purchase a SO'CROCHET pattern, it is yours permanently. There are no subscription fees, no annual renewals, no access windows, and no expiry dates. You can download the PDF and access the 4K video tutorials as many times as you need, on any device, forever. If a link ever stops working - even years later - contact us and we will restore your access manually within 2 hours.

If you have not received your confirmation email within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, or if you encounter any issues downloading your files, contact our support team at support@socrochet.com. We respond within 2 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST) and will resolve any access issue the same day.
