Refund Policy

We want you to succeed with every project. If you experience any technical problems preventing access to a purchased pattern or its video tutorials - at any point after purchase - contact us immediately at support@socrochet.com and we will resolve it the same business day.

• Technical fault (any time): If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, or contains a significant error, we will replace or refund regardless of when you purchased.
• Digital Sales: As digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", sales are generally final. However, we are committed to your success and will provide all necessary support to ensure you can complete your project.

1. Step 1: Email support@socrochet.com within 14 days of purchase.
2. Step 2: Include your order number (found in your confirmation email) and a brief description of the issue.
3. Step 3: Our team will confirm receipt within 2 hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm EST) and process your refund or replacement within 2 business days.
